I paid for 6 months of service,Freedom Nth streams live tv and theatre movies and I had a technical issue my service went down,mr ******* was very rude and condescending and now giving me the runaround on refund the 3 months left that I prepaid for and resorting to name calling and intimidation tactics.

I find this Odd. You never called me for any help. You sent a text. And then I sent a video. And you could follow the video
because you had to change the account number. The next text I got was that you couldn’t figure it out and we’re canceling and your done. I did not understand so I tied to video call you because I can remote access and do it for you but it went direct to voicemail. I noticed my texts where not green which means I’m already blocked. And then the next day I get an email from you saying you want a refund amd a second one becusse I didn’t see the email yet because I was at a family event that we were going to make a complain to the interent company I sold you. And to the BBB
Which the internet company is what I offer. Under this brand But has nothing to do with the other services
I explained I can refund you the next day. As I was at a *** roast with my son who’s 1 and takes a lot of time
later that I I revived more emails and this morning a complaint that I don’t understand
I will
upload all the photos of the conversation. I was never rude. I tired to call and video call. ***** was alwyas a hood client and referred many others. He has been getting free internet from us for 1.5 years for her referrals. He knew my father and we always had good communication.
I also sold him a heat pump and they were alwyas so happy with everything from me that they referred many other people

Hello,I filed a complaint about Freedom Nth telecom today,just recently the issue was resolved and compensation was made please cancel my complaint,sincerely ***** *****.
