      A hired this company for a move October 30th. I was told I would be charged $165/hour plus tax and $75 fuel charge plus tax and that I would be charged upon arrival and the clock would stop the moment the last piece of furniture entered my house. They arrived at 9:15am and left at 1:10pm (just shy of 4 hours start to finish) they charged me for 5 hours. When I received the bill I was caring for my sick newborn and having used and trusted this company before I just e-transferred the total without reviewing. Upon further review with my husband we realized I was over charged $165 plus tax $188.10 and was charged for 5 hours and not 4. I sent 4 emails and countless texts, the owner said he would look into and get back to me and completely ignored my attempts at finding a resolution. I warned the owner I would contact the police and BBB if we could not come to resolution and still no response. As a young family on maternity leave during such tough times being scammed this money is hard on my family. I was praying to resolve this civilly and not through small claims court or you guys but I am left feeling lost. I have never had my hard earned money stolen and just want my money back and others warned about this moving scammed, which others have reached out to me warning me about this scam going around. I wish I read the invoice first.
