    Had new kitchen island installed in December. It has flaws in the stone. Technician came to inspect and agreed it’s not acceptable. He relayed to owner. Owner responded saying I need to deal with his supplier who he hired and paid. I said no and that I have a purchase agreement with his company and he is accountable to rectify. He has refused. He was paid in full. Now he’s ignoring me for past 2 months. I have been emailing him to respond with no success. I’d advise anyone to avoid this company as their after install service is non existent even when they install a faulty product.
