    This business delivered a birthday gift to the wrong address. As they have done with hundreds of other people. They took a picture of the package with a correct address. Then placed it on a street that was not even remotely close to the spelling of what was on the package.

    I contacted them to let the driver know. They said it was impossible to let the driver know then asked for a picture of my house to more easily identify it. They said a recourse would be found writhing 24 hours.

    Instead they decided to say they could not find the package (despite them dropping it off) and proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to create a letter and send it to the vendor who sold me the item and ask for a resolution with then vendor. Refusing to participate or contribute to solving the problem. When asked why they copy and pasted from their previous emails to me.

    We deeply regret any confusion or disappointment this situation may have caused. We are currently reviewing our internal processes and reinforcing training with our delivery personnel to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.
