    Had winter tires put on front.
    Note: I get the bus to work everyday
    8 days later one of my front tires flew off, I fortunately was not driving fast or on the highway
    The ask is to re torque within 80 kms.....did I mention I bus to work everyday...so 8 days later I lose a tire...
    Called **** at customer service and too bad so sad, I didn't re torque..... I didn't even drive the car every day ?
    There is nothing I can do because the re torque rule covers their a$$. So leaving the comment here for others to be aware and hopefully save someone else the problem
    After conversations with friends, I am told this has happened for others who have had their tires done at this location.

    Thank you for your information Shawna. Having tires retourqued is a practice done at all tire shops and recommended by *** as always being done after every tire change. Prior to you leaving you signed that you would come back to have the the re tourque completed, we do have the signature. While we understand people are busy, this is the exact reason for the necessity of this practice being done, especially in our climate. A visit back as you signed for and agreed to would have alleviated this situation unfortunately.
