    Not a happy camper.
    I ordered a pickguard from the **** site, not much info there about ordering, I received my pickguard but it didn't fit.
    It took a while to contact someone for customer service. I eventually got someone, and explained what was wrong. Initially I was told that I would have to send in the pickguard from my guitar to get an exact fit and pay for another one. After some discussion, they said I could pay the shipping to and from and they would replace it.
    After a month plus of them receiving my original pickguard I received my order that also doesn't fit.
    It had jagged and un-even edges around the pickups, the screw holes did not match up. I will have to plug the screw holes and re-drill to match the pickguard, and file the edges to fit.
    Paying the cost of the pickguard and the shipping to and from and sending my pickguard off the guitar to get the size correct, My cost was nearly $100 for a $40 pickguard that doesn't fit. I expected better

    I am sorry that you felt the need to post on the BBB but i do understand. I am always here to rectify problems and will help all customers to get things resolved to their satisfaction. I just checked on the scan of your original pickguard and the job seems to look OK, but obviously something went wrong during our attempt to help you with the first fit problem. i will be happy to resolve the issue with you. Being a small but highly reputable company, we sell hundreds of products weekly and have thousands of happy customers. S the company owner, I care about each and every one of my customers. I am sorry that you feel disappointed with my company, please let me know if there is anything i can do to help you. On occasions when problems arise i look at it as an opportunity to learn from the experience and do better in the future from the knowledge gained. If you tell me what the issues are with the fit on the new pickguard, i will be happy to resolve it and ship you a new product - We do now have an accurate scan of your original pickguard on record and the new one that we shipped should have been checked against it. It seems that i have some work to do with our quality control to see what went wrong and improve the process. I choose to deal with customers directly rather than going through a third party, that's why i am not responding through the BBB. I see that the purchase was initially through **** so I will be speaking with our **** affiliate.
