            I purchased store brand tires from retailer in December of 2021. In July 2022 during seasonal tire change at dealership, I was told the tires were defective by dealership mechanic. Took tires to said retailer for credit/reimburse or some resolution. Was told the vehicle was cause of issues, not the tires that were defective. Took car back to deal ship mechanic for full suspension, steering, alignment inspection. Car deemed by dealer mechanic to check out completely. Escalated with retailer and was denied any further recourse as they were staying with their initial decision of car being at fault. The initial inspection by retailer mechanic was performed in parking lot of store.

            Well I have went to this store and ordered tires ask for what I want for tires guy said ok At3s I say yes and the guy working ordered the wrong tires but I already payed for the tires a few days prior so when I stopped in to ask about me At3s he tell me I didn't order At3s and he wants another 500$ and some odd sence but I no longer have the difference on me cause a few days prior he told me a quote of 608$ so now I'm stuck this winter with 4 kids and no winter tires cause of this Amherst Nova Scotia Canada Canadian Tire ***** and they don't care about there customers at all
