    We entered into an agreement with this company to install a permanent lighting system and the removal of an existing front step to be replaced with a stamped concrete front step. Part of this job was also to replace three posts that were holding up our roof. The lighting part was completed immediately. After this there was delay after delay with the contractor to get the rest of the job completed. This process went on for almost 3 months. The concrete part of the job was finally completed in July. At this time, the job was paid for in full in the amount of $25,300 and temporary posts were installed to hold the roof up. We had agreed to replace the posts with cedar posts. We were informed in August that cedar wasn’t available. We chased down the contractor multiple times to try and figure out a replacement. Several emails went unanswered. We asked for part of our money back for the part of the job that wasn’t done. No reply. We have sent countless emails, text messages, only to get no reply. My husband finally got a reply back about a month ago with a potential solution to the post situation. He agreed to it and has heard nothing since. We have had temporary posts holding up our roof since July and the job has been paid in full since July. The last email that was responded to is included and a copy of the payment. I have all of the emails and text messages if necessary I can send

    I have spoken to the customer and we are working towards a solution. That said, he and his family is currently on vacation in Florida. I will contact him again when he returns.
