"April 3rd 2024 me and my boyfriend put our Nissan truck in the garage and got some parts put on and an oil change done, and the mechanics did not fully tighten the drain plug after the oil change we weren’t aware of this so we kept driving her like normal until about 3 weeks later the plug completely fell out because of all the vibration while driving and our engine seized up and needs to be replaced Nissan will not cover the cost of the engine even tho it’s there fault.
