    "We had Newfound Builders/REMOVEDrenovate/rebuild our property starting in May 2022.It was a disaster: improper installation of weeping tile, hiring subcontractors who did not know what they were doing (installing a mini split system, a Schluter bathroom system, and putting together a three piece bath/shower unit), failing to put protection on our flooring and staircase (causing damage from rocks, tile, lumber and heavy equipment on the flooring), forgetting to install an air exchange system, not knowing about minimal distance allowances between the appliances and the island, forgetting to leave an outlet for the rangehood fan and installing the backsplash tiles on the slew, taking a sentimental item for safekeeping and returning it ruined, installing defective patio doors causing our heating bill to skyrocket during construction, not knowing how to install a door beneath our staircase, not following the construction plans for something as simple as a ceiling fan (when the plans were taped to the front window of our home!" ...
