    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the persistent issues I have encountered with a Dodge Journey vehicle (2016 model) purchased in October 2023. Since the purchase, the vehicle has undergone an engine replacement, after which it developed numerous mechanical faults. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues with the dealership, the problems persisted, causing significant inconveniences .Finally ,the replacement engine showed sign of distress after picking it up from the dealer on Thursday April 24,2025 and stopped working on Friday April 25,2025.The MD/CEO has refused to take responsibility for this issue as all my effort proved abortive .Hence ,the competence of the company requires further questioning as the vehicle is no longer motorable.

    Made several attempts to have these issues resolved by the dealership; however, the solutions provided were ineffective, leading to ongoing inconvenience and concern for the vehicle's replacement which the MD/CEO is not willing to adopt.
    Desired Resolution:

    I seek your intervention to facilitate one of the following resolutions:

    A comprehensive inspection and repair of the vehicle at no additional cost to ensure it meets acceptable safety and performance standards.
    A replacement vehicle of comparable value and condition.
    A full refund of the purchase price.
    I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that ensures consumer rights and vehicle safety.
