    I Booked a limo with V. I. P. Limousine owned by **** ****** Sept 22nd 2021. I paid the required deposit on this day, $200. June 17 2022 i spoke again with **** via phone call as per his request, & paid the rest of the money for my limo as required for his service & confirmed drop off location, date & time (Miramichi NB, August 27th, 2022 @ 1:45pm) At approx 1:40pm the day of our wedding, August 27th, i called Mr ******, confirming that he would be to our location shortly, instead of being greeting pleasantly & confirming this, he spoke in vulgar terms & a raised voice & hung up on me. We were finally told in actuality, the limo was parked in Bathurst NB, with no one to drive it. Sunday August 28th my husband phoned Mr ******, asking for an explanation & wanting a refund. In our minds, if you failed to provide the service, which we had to pay for out of pocket, then our money should paid back to us, no questions asked. At this time **** told him that this was the 4th wedding he did not show up for, this summer. We were promised a refund by Tuesday August 30th, as well as a credit towards a future limo. Wednesday August 31st we had not received a refund from ****, we attempt to call & text him with no response. Thursday we finally reached Mr ******, he told us at this time he had sold the business (but continues to this day to answer the phone as VIP limo service), he told us we would be getting a refund by the new owner & we would hear from him soon. The following week, we still had not received a refund, once again we had been making multiple attempts to contact Mr ******, when we finally reached him, he told us he was bankrupt & our money was in trust with a lawyer. We would once again, hear from During all of this, Mr ****** continued to post on fb, advertising his business, promoting VIP Limousine. It has been 5 weeks now since Mr ****** failed to deliver on services in which we had paid $900 for.

    Never use this service ! Owner will never follow through on event or bookings. We booked limo for daughter wedding 3 weeks before wedding, confirmed date, time , location and price. Gave $200 deposit. Owner was again called a few times about details and making sure he would show as he has a rep for not showing . Again he said he would be there. Two days before wedding planner verified that he would show and what time to pick up bride. Hours before limo was to arrive, my daughter got nervous he wouldn’t show as she had heard he had done it to bride two weeks before. We called 2 hours before pick up and owner was suddenly dazed by when it was needed and said he had no driver. We were told to call back in 15 mins which we did multiple e times. Owner had excuses from one driver was hurt, one driver was at a wedding night before , etc. Owner was even seen on ******** account to be advertising for any random person to get in the limo and drive for my daughters schedule time. Nothing like an untrained driver trying to transport 10 people . Eventually when we called 1 hour before wedding, the owner said he wouldn’t be coming and to go to plan B. We had to scramble to get wedding party in family vehicles . This company is beyond unprofessional, unreliable and shoddy. Owner doesn’t care he leaves brides without a drive and he is well known for doing this on a regular basis. This company should be out of business and be compensating every bride, renter he leaves hanging for their stress and anxiety. Someone needs to make this company accountable for its lack of business sense and responsibility
