    This business advertised a specific WIFI device on their website. Once i paid for it, they sent me a different item then what was described. They said it was the same device and has the same function. However, i did not want to obtain a device that has the same function. I choose to buy from them because the website said it was the original. I requested for them to issue a refund and a shipping label so I can return the item. They refused to cover the shipping and instead accused me of trying to commit fraud (see email).

    As for the complaint, the buyer was advised by both myself and the
    manufacturer that the style of the adapter he purchased is functionally
    identical. The old picture on our web site was white and the new one is
    black with a button on it. The black on is simply an updated model of
    white as white ones are no longer produced.
    The buyer contacted us demanding a white adapter and a prepaid return
    envelope to return the black version in spite of the above explanation.
    He demanded that we refund his entire order. When we refused the buyer
    spammed every review site he could with negative views, and of course,
    contacted your office to further act as flying monkeys for his cause.
    When that didn't work, he claimed that the device was faulty. After basic troubleshooting. and as it is an international sale, we directed him to ********************** and any troubleshooting will be handled by their official support.

    We will not be paying more than the device is worth to return it and
    we will not be replacing a device with an older version because it is
    not possible. The manufacturer is not going to open production to
    produce 1 outdated item because the buyer doesn't like the color.
    Between the negative reviews and the time wasted with **** ************ he has gotten more than his value in wasted time, as he
    intended.
