            I planned to travel to NB in Sept 2022. I secured a room at Wyndam Hotels in Moncton, paid on credit card. Two days before expected travel, Hurricane Fiona was announced to hit the Maritime Provinces, NB' PEI and NS. Since I live on PEI and require to travel across 14 kilometer Bridge to NB, I did not want to plan travel due to expected high winds + 120 km of which the said bridge was not open, nor travel advised. I called the hotel directly regarding same and they stated I did not have reservation? Then said there was no cancellation policy. I can forward you all correspondence to/ from hotel as they were very unreasonable in conversations to resolve this transaction as I could not speak to a hotel manager and my credit card company could not resolve on my behalf. Once you respond, I can forward you the emails further to this issue.

            By far, this is the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I mean, shockingly so. Food-covered utensils in the room, someone else’s oral hygiene tool in the armchair, pills and kibble on the carpet and a filthy bathroom. There was some kind of food or insect debris inside the coffee machine. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They acknowledged my concerns and have offered a full refund.
