    Refund and Exchange Policy
    All return requests must be received by email or by telephone. Please note that returns are not permissible after 15 days from the date of receiving the products. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

It is recommended that products being returned are insured using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
