    We got new windows and doors through Korsun and it was a very smooth process. Vitaliy is thorough in making sure you understand the options available and letting you see what you will be getting. The installation day came ahead of schedule and the whole house was finished in just a couple of days. The installation team were professional and accommodating and did a fantastic job on each window and door.     Had Vitaly come down and do an estimate for our house. He was able to answer all our questions and provided information for the products we selected as well as some alternatives. The price was reasonable for our budget and he gave us an ETA for the parts which were ready sooner than expected.
    Installation day came and the 2 installers that arrived were respectful, polite, efficient and professional. They protected the floors, cleaned up afterwards and were able to accommodate my wife with a last minute request regarding the casing on one of the windows. Vitaly came near the end of the day to check up on the work, provide us with some additional information and dealt with some paperwork we needed to take care of.
    Overall, dealing with Korsun was a positive experience. Vitaly was communicative and responsive with any inquiries we had and the installers did a great job. My wife and I are happy with the end result.

    Korsun Windows Ltd. was mine and my wife's best choice to have our living room window replaced. Vitaliy and his crew were excellent. Everything, from start to finish was above our expectations. Installation was done to our satisfaction. They were very efficient and professional and pleasant. In the future, we will be using Korsun Windows for any window or door replacement.

    From having Vitaliy out for an estimate to installion, the whole process was seamless. Even though our order was not a big one, we were treated like our business was valued. Enjoyed the installer whose name escapes me, he has a good sense of humor. We couldn’t be more pleased!

    Great experience from estimate to installation.
    Korsun windows & doors actually sends someone to your home to give you an IN PERSON ESTIMATE unlike many other companies that you email the measurements and they send you an Email estimate.
    Vitaliy was very professional and informative providing different options answering all my questions and putting me at ease. He made the process of ordering my bathroom window an easy pleasurable experience. He even provided me with the info to get a rebate back from MB Hydro {they give you $100/window}
    PS Many of the window & door companies also don’t want to replace a single window. They don’t want to deal with you unless you are getting at least 3-4 windows.
    The installers were very professional did a wonderful job. My new bathroom window looks fantastic. The installers even took the time to show me how to operate the window (remove the screen, clean the outside window from inside) making sure I understood how to work it. After they completed the installation they cleaned/vacuumed the area.
