    Nov 2024: this is still unresolved. In spring we were told this would be taken care of, but it hasn't. BUT the worst part is that install was so poor that we had to spend ********* of dollars to fix it.

    In Dec 2023 ********* asked Envirotech to reach out to me - which they did not. Now will be talking with a ********* rep...

    Install/quality seemed ok - but we soon noticed more and more issues. Debris between window panes (factory), poor caulking, scratches and gauges inside and out. We hired them to also remove a window and fill it in - this was so poorly done we had to rip it out and do it again (and the new exterior stucco is now cracked and brown from the moisture issues) On top of this, my contacts at Envirotech just stopped responding to me. Like, literally weeks and weeks. When I finally caught them on the phone they apologized - but then they did it again. They said they'd have screens in 2 weeks... 2 months of chasing and I have *some* but they look terrible. I've been waiting for a call or e-mail reply from them since July 7 regarding these miscoloured screens -- its now July 24. AND it's actually taken them a year and 5 failed attempts already to try to replace two screens that had originally arrived damaged. (The first set were scratched, then grey corners, then the next two sets were the wrong size, and now I have a set that fits but has the grey corners again. The installers came back to try to "fix" some of the damages to the jambs, and made them worse. They literally just cut out a gauge, so now there's just a slice of the window missing. The jambs were so scratched up that they had to strip away the glossy layer to hide them all. Honestly, it's been a nightmare. A bad experience made much worse by such disappointing and disrespectful customer service.
    Fyi I was "ghosted" in fall 2022 and it's still happening TWO YEARS LATER, fall 2024.
    I put in a call to ********* in 2023 for help... So far it's not looking hopeful.

    Excellent work, follow-up, review of options. We have been very pleased with our sunroom window replacements a few years ago. Mark was so nice to work with.
