    I paid more than $*** for detailing our car and they forgot to do it. We are asking for a refund but employee said that she can't do anything because she is not the manager. She wanted us to come back on Monday because its Saturday today for them to check. We said we can't because we live 4hrs away from Winnipeg and we suggested if she can be a witness and she said she is not allowed to do it. She said we don't have any options but to come back on Monday and manager won't accept screenshots photo. We ask if there is any compensation about us staying for another night in a hotel because we only have 1 more night of hotel accommodation (Saturday) and she said they will not pay for it.
