I purchased a set of all weather Nordman tires, these tires come with a manufacturer warranty of 120000 kms. I noticed that these tires showed bad cracking were the sidewall meets the tire face after just over 1 year of use. Visited Kal tire three times since concerned about the tire cracking, received three different responses. I simply wanted to know if the manufacturer warranty would cover this issue. Not satisfied with Kal Tire response I reached out to the manufacturer of the tire a warranty specialist contacted me telling me the regional manager will be contacting me about this issue. Dave from Kal Tire left a message on my phone, I have tried to call back he has been off each time. I went as far as calling another store in Winnipeg to see if they could help me, apparently the work order cannot be found. At this point I would like to know if the manufacture warranty will cover this tire cracking issue. I am finished dealing with Kal Tire, unfortunately they are the exclusive dealer for the brand of tire. * ** ****** ****** **** ********* **** **** ** *** ** *******Business response

We have tried contacting this customer multiple times and never I have not received a call back. One day we did see on our call display that he was calling but were very busy with customers in our show room so needed him to wait on hold for a couple minutes. Each time he would hang up before we could get to him. Tried calling back and no answer. The manufacture has agreed to give a warranty on this already, as he has put in a claim there as well. But since we can not get a hold of the customer to come into the shop to get set up makes it very difficult to complete. I will try calling him again.

I am rejecting this response because:Good evening,
I did see that Kal Tire called my cell, I work 12 hour shift and don’t have access to my phone till 6 in the evening. ********** * ***** **** **** **** ** ************ I would request that the work order sent to David be sent to another Kal Tire in Winnipeg, apparently David is the only one that can view it. Previously, I tried to get this resolved but no one could find the work order.

If Dave is committed to resolve this send the work order ***** warranty specialist sent to him to another store. I really don’t feel like listening to this guys reasoning. I have spoke to this specific shop 3 times already about this issue prior to contacting ***** the manufacturer. He had this work order for a couple days shy of 1 month, he sat on it.

** ****** the warranty can be applied at any location. I will have another location reach out to him. He will still need to be in contact with either the manager or Assistant manager to get any results. No verbal communication will result in the same problem. The other location will be reaching out to him by Monday.
