    Flying squirrel on st.James in Winnipeg Manitoba offers (on their website) an option to buy 2 hours of jump time for $** between the hours of 10am and 11pm but when we arrived at 8:10pm we were told we could only purchase 50minutes of jump time because they have a separate event that runs from 9pm-11pm. Nowhere on the website do they say you can not purchase the 2hour jump time after 7pm. We brought my daughter and some of her friends there for my daughter’s birthday and were expecting to jump for 2 hours but were denied that option and were told we would have to leave at 9pm or be forced to pay a separate fee for any time after 9pm. ** *** ** *** ********* ****** ***** ***********. We were forced to make 2 purchases for my daughter to get the jump time she wanted.

    Right before COVID I bought online jump passes. Then everything shut down. When they opened I planned a field trip with others. I called about my passes and was told yes I could use them. We went with other families to jump and they had an unexpected closure the cleaning lady told me. I called the next day for confirmation and asked about my passes. They said I could come again anytime. I arranged to come again after the restrictions were off so all the Homeschool families could join us. I asked about my tickets and they said they had expired. What frosts me is the manager denied ever being closed that day. I am not in the habit of lying and I had other families with us who could verify this. Now I am angry my honesty is being tested. They have not been open 365 days mark and vaccination free since I bought these tickets. I either wanted a refund or a chance to use them. A manager should know the history of their business better when they have been closed and open. I want to hear from head office not the Winnipeg office. * **** ***** ******* ***** *** ********** ** **** ******** **** *** *********
