    Our complaint is against Five Star Bus Lines Winnipeg.
    The company 1. Did not fulfill the agreed upon itinerary, showing up late for pick up, leaving us stranded in the side of the road for 3+ hours and being late for our first game, the following day also getting lost and being late again for our game. 2. Did not provide the bus advertised and promised ti us, sending a different bus that was unsafe, unsanitary and without many of the amenities promised on their website like heat for example! We are seeking a full refund at this point which is $****. The owner had offered a $*** refund and when we went to collect he had cancelled the etransfer. ** *** ****** *** *** **** ** ***** ****** *** ** **** ** *** ******* *** ******* ************ ****** ***** *****

    I have spoken to Winston regarding this complaint and he has advised that the e-transfer was not cancelled. If Susie can provide the date the transfer was sent, we can check our records and verify if it was received or returned back to us. Winston thinks the $*** refund was fair, he does not believe a full refund is fair. Things happen un-expectantly during charters, and we try our best to accommodate these things when they arise. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a bus replacement that was up to the groups standards, and we apologized for that.. but we called everyone possible and tried every avenue possible. our main concern was making sure the group had a safe bus as fast as possible, and was able to get to their games and back to Winnipeg. They didn’t miss their games, and we feel that we were still able to accommodate them as best we could, given the cirumstances.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    **** ** *** bank statement showing *** that between February 1-15 no money was deposited. 
    The company “sent” money on February 8th *** **** ** *** **** ** *** statement showing he cancelled the etransfer! Never received any money that was promised!

    Good morning, I have checked on our end and yes Susie is correct, the $*** was reversed. I spoke to Winston again this morning, he advised that he never cancelled the transfer.. he isn’t sure why it was reversed but we would gladly send it again. If Susie no longer wishes to accept this refund, please advise what the next steps are. Winston does not agree to a full refund, as mentioned in my previous message he feels that the trip was completed as best we could.
