  We have worked with Tony for over a dozen years because he is so proficient, talented and reliable. At our old house he replaced and remodeled a rooftop deck entirely. At our condo, he has done numerous projects for us, including the complete creation of a laundry room with shelves and countertops, a built in closet with mirrored doors, installing shower bars and shelves, and many repairs to various parts of our living space. He always has great ideas and suggestions for enhancing things. He is very adept at solving challenges and making things work. Tony is very responsive, reliable, and easy to talk to. We contact him every year when we have projects to tackle and will continue to because he is so good at what he does.

  Our condo corporation contracted Tony to replace failing floor joists above a crawlspace in one of the units. This was not easy work but it was done to a high level of quality and passed inspection. Tony also handled all the finishes afterwards including new flooring and drywall and it looks great! The owner of the unit is very happy. Afterwards we brought him back to seal the crawlspaces of the entire condo with vapour barrier and he exceeded expectations by installing it in even more robustly than we were expecting. We plan to bring him back for future projects. Thanks Tony.

  I had Tony do a basement wall repair do to subsurface water/frost damage. A year after completion there is no evidence a repair was ever done.

  Wow! I had a small job. I've known Tony since we were kids, I recently bought my first home with my wife as it is her third home ,through all the nightmares we went through with other services to get the house where we wanted, I was blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail. I literally just left him the keys in the mailbox and came home. Surprised a job that would have taken me a few days with probably a lot of aggravation, was completed, with absolutely zero flaws. I'm absolutely using his services again. Not to mention at a bargain of a price too.
