Problem with furnace not starting up. Had Pinnacle HVAC come in on December 9, 2021. Technician looked at furnace for a few minutes, couldn't find anything wrong, charged me 122.08 for the call and left. Problem wasn't corrected. I called back a week later saying same problem so they came back on December 15, changed the thermostat (which is in end was not faulty and not the problem) charged me 298. 49 and left. Problem was never solved. I contacted the owner and voiced concern about time required to identify problem. His response was to say that staff need to be paid, furnace is complicated and requires in depth diagnosis and he can't say how long that would take. ***************************************************** I called another company to come in. They came on February 11. Within 45 minutes they found the problem. The repair was done a few days later and the problem has been corrected. They charged me 395.36 in total for visits and repair. Pinnacle needs to reimburse me for the 420.57 for work not done ***********************
