Hi , I bought a pair of ****** boots in November . It was the 5th pair at least of the same boots I had purchased over the last 6 years from Workboot world . I left for a road trip from Kenora to Ottawa a couple of days later .The LH. boot was tight and hurt my foot a bit . I figured it would stretch and be fine , the RH boot was perfect .by the time I got to Ottawa my LH big toe was swelled up and my toenail turned black . The LH boot was obviously defective, I flew home , the only shoes I had with me so I had to wear them . I attended to Workboot World and tried to return the boots . The manager advised me that ****** was the only brand he sold that didn't have a COMFORT GUARANTEE , he said I should have bought a different brand boot . NO return or warranty , he gave me a phone number for ****** customer service . I went to Vancouver for a short trip and while I was there I bought a pair of the same boots on AMAZON , they are fine . ****** customer service says the boots are defective and says to return them to Workboot World . I want a refund of the money I spent .
