      I sent a etransfers in September 2022 to Homesteaders Paradise in the total sum of *******. After multiple requests for delivery all i received was excuses. I requested a refund and was told on Nov 16/22 a check was sent out and i would receive my refund within 10 days.
      I contacted Homesteaders Paradise ater the 10 day period, was told etransfers would be sent out. I was told a several times the transfer "has been processed " and as of today( Jan 2/23) I still haven't received a refund.       I signed up for summer CSA with Homesteaders Paradise. There was issue after issue on their end which resulted in changes of product and dates. In the end, they offered a credit as one of the choices for the unfulfilled portion of the CSA. I ordered a BOGO beef box promotion with my credit and sent an etransfer for the surplus on September 21. Delivery was supposed to be September 30. They posted saying they were sick and then that they couldn't operate because of a permit issue. I have tried messaging them again on Messenger, but I am guessing that they have blocked me because messages won't send. Their website doesn't seem to be active either. I shouldn't have to chase a company down and resort to filing a complaint in order to receive a product that I paid for.

      I etransfered **** to Homesteaders Paradise on Oct 8th 2022 for a Wintet meat package which was supposed to be 50lbs of meat for each month for 3 months in Oct, Nov and Dec.

      They have since cancelled this program on Nov 19 2022 without any information provided.

      They sent an email out saying they are refunding the money but it has been 10 days and I have yet to receive this refund.

      I go on there social media page and my comments get deleted and I am unable to send a private message to them or get ahold of them in general.

      I just want my **** back from them as I will not be returning to them for business. ** **** *** *** ******** ** ********* ** ***** * **** ** ****** **** ** ***** ****** ****** ***** ***

      We ordered a pork pack from Homesteaders (HS) in August 2022 for delivery early September. Unfortunately there have been several promises of delivery, but alas I have not received the products I paid for yet.

      Emails are no longer been responded to ,no-one answers the phone number they provided, their web site is shut down completely and I am unable to message them on facebook. I am no longer interested in the product as it's been 3 months since I ordered and I would like a refund ASAP.

      I placed an order for 2 BOGO pork boxes August 25. After several no shows for delivery and deliveries being rescheduled I had asked for 1 order to be refunded that I ordered on behalf of a friend (she wanted a refund) and I said I would wait for the other one to be delivered as they were going to deliver that weekend, after another no show and no communication I asked for full refund to find that I was blocked from messenger and the ph# I had I was unable to send texts. Another friend of mine was able to finally get a refund by e-transfer, I made a comment on their Facebook page and they messaged me right away tell me I am not a priority ** * *** ******** ****** now they are telling me a cheque will be mailed. I would like my refund in the same form I sent my payment. After all the excuses I have received at this point it seems like this is just another way to stall giving me a refund. ***** ******** ******* ****** *** ********* ** ** ******* ** *** *** ****** ***** *** ******* ******* ********* ******* **** **** **** ****** The amount for refund is $188.

      I placed two orders totaling $870.00. The first order ( $615.00 on August 8/2022)had some timing problems on my part* **** *** ****** *** ****** **** ************ but when I was able to take delivery I ordered more meat( September 2 / 2022 of $255.00) was given a delivery date, then that date was changed by them, them the said they couldn’t supply and offered a refund by etransfer, but upon supplying them my email there was no refund, tried contacting multiple times, when finally responded said it would be a cheque but three weeks no cheque and now no way to contact them( messenger down won’t answer phone) I would just like my refund.

      This company offered BOGO packages of beef and pork for purchase. I arranged to meet up with them in Wpg.( After numerous failed dates to meet in *****) to receive my order which was 2 pork and 2 beef packages. Communication was ok through the process, and about 10 minutes before our meeting they sent me a message stating that they ran out of the beef packs, so they would refund me my purchase price for those. I met with them and received the pork packages as described on Oct 6th, and have messaged them since then a number of times with multiple responses. Was told they automatically refund on Mondays, then they are closed Mondays, then the refund is entered and processed and I should get it the next Monday. I have not received my refund at all, and now they have blocked me on Facebook messenger, and are trying to say that they don't have my name in their system when I get an email through to them.

      Ordered and prepaid for "CSA" farm produce & meat to be delivered over a period of 10 weeks. After 7 weeks no more deliveries. Operator(s) made repeated promises on their facebook home page and business page and in messages about monetary credit to be issued as purchasable goods (BOGO- buy one get one free meat orders) and then goods never delivered. Owners refuse to answer messages and delete messages with inquires. Owner(s) has bad attitude and is ***** *** ******** not fulfilling orders and keeping funds for goods paid for and not delivered. Owner makes promises he does not keep and refuses to issue refund.       Jeff was informed he was able to use his credit for any products he chose. As Jeff did not arrange delivery and delivery is no longer offered to his area for the winter we informed him he could make arrangements to pick up his order.

      Jeff Decided he would rather block us on all social media and would not respond to emails. 

      He is owed a credit and has nothing of momentary value owed to him.

      I am rejecting this response because: I don't want to unblock Ryan on the business page ** **** ******* *** **** ******** Ryan blocked me on the Homesteaders Paradise CSA page and that's where I signed up and that's where he ignored my questions/comments for weeks, excepting the 1 he ignored in the business page facebook chat for weeks.

      I still have the credit, and they can drop off the bogo order I placed or 2-10 lb orders of beef ribs anytime this winter or spring/summer when they again make deliveries and I'll pay a reasonable delivery charge. There's the order. I don't need to speak to Ryan. They have my email & can notify me immediately prior of any reasonable delivery fee such as was advertised last year. Do not send email for any other reason. We'll see if they do good business. From my experience thus far, I don't have my hopes up.

      On August 31st I e-transfer this company $500.00 for meat products they were advertising. We agreed on a meeting place and he never showed up, no call or text from him to let me know what was happening. We have been texting for almost two months now and still no meat or money returned, just more accusations that it's my fault and that I'm very hard to deal with, all I want is to get my money back. I'm retired and that money can be used to buy somewhere else. The last straw was that he would go into the office yesterday and send me an e-transfer, which never happened and he sent an a message just before Midnight that the weather was bad. I checked the weather site and everything was fine in that area. **** *** ** ********

      On September 14 I sent an E-Transfter of $96 for a Beef Box (including delivery). On September 19 I received a request asking that my Beef delivery date be pushed to September 24, the same day I was expecting a previous meat box to be delivered. I agreed to have both orders delivered on the 24th. On September 23, the day before the expected delivery I was told that only 1 order would be delivered, due to them waiting for the beef inspector. They were going to touch base that evening to let me know when the beef would be delivered. No word from them, so on October 6 I asked when I could expect my delivery. No response. On October 17 I contacted them again. This time I got a generic "thanks for reaching out" response. All this contact was through Facebook messenger because I was receiving VERY limited contact from them via email. On October 25 I contacted them again through Facebook messenger. Same generic response as last time. When I questioned them on the generic response, I immediately received a response that I would be moved to "refund status" and as of today, November 1 I am still waiting for my refund.

      I also have not received an etransfer refund as they claim. If I had, the etransfer would have been deposited into my account, as I have AUTO DEPOSIT. Please provide proof of the refund etransfer that was sent.
