    - I paid her in full in July 22, 2024
    - she mentioned through text message that they have done all decors except for the ceiling decor on the day of my wedding in July 27th.
    - I was very busy to even see that last message and never got a follow up regarding giving me a refund.
    - I then noticed a video of the dining area where the decor was supposed to be set up and it wasn’t there
    - Messaged her Dec 17, 2024 said she’s on vacay in Jamaica and will get back to me Jan 5th.
    - Jan 13th I followed up and she responded Jan 15th that I can get a refund and that she’ll transfer me on Jan 28th
    - Jan 23, she asked to re schedule and will pay Feb 15th
    - I followed up March 1st. She responded March 2nd that she went through a fraud and police told her investigation will be over Feb 15th but still isn’t.
    - texted her March 6th to follow up no response
    - texted her again March 24th and no response
