    Order #********** May 10 2 laptops ordered ******* from Macro Computer Solutions Order #********** Order Date $****** 1 May 08, 2024 Order #********** $******** quantity 2 Hi, I ordered 5 laptops from this seller was going to gift to each one of my family member. I paid a total of $******* to this seller. Seller sent out the first order which stated delivered on the online for 3, however only 2 were actually shipped out. One was NOT delivered. I immediately contacted seller when I received the first order on MAY 15. I stated that 3 were saying delivered on the tracking however 3 were not delivered only 2. Seller responded that they only shipped 2 and that they are missing one. Seller did not open a ticket on it stating delivered when it was not, seller offered a refund for the missing laptop to which I agreed. Seller refunded ****** for the missing laptop. However the missing laptop was the one that costed ******. Seller refunded one of the laptops I RECEIVED of the 4. And the 4 I DID receive were in POOR condition not GOOD condition. I RETURNED the 4 to seller. When I returned the 4 to seller, seller only provided a refund of ******* and ****** and told me I was completely refunded! I told them the error they made which was refunding one from the order I received so when I sent back the 4 they did not refund me correctly because they can't refund the same laptop twice. I know I'm likely making this sound more confusing than it is however understand I PAID for 5 laptops which costed a total of ******* Which is ******* for 2 laptops ******* for 2 more laptops and ****** for the 1 laptop for a total of 5 laptops. They were missing one and did not send out which means I received 4. I RETURNED 4 everything they sent me I sent back however I am at a loss of ****** because they are now ***** saying I received all 3 orders when I have messages of them saying they did not ship one out however it says delivered when it wasn't ***** **** *** ****** ***** *************
