            On Monday, April 17th, 2023, I went to the Standard Auto Workshop after communicating with One Tom about Getting A certified safety inspection done on my 2017 Dodge Journey in order to get it licensed and register here in Manitoba because I just move here two weeks ago. He said it was 1.5 hours and took the vehicle into the shop. I waited for the vehicle and after almost 2 hrs he said it was finished and he is surprised that the vehicle is in such good shape. After I paid he give me a photocopied paper that nothing on it is visible and then he wrote on it and said go get the windshield change and come back and I will get the certificate. I left and made arrangements to get it done on Friday, April 21st rather than April 29th. I went back to him with the vehicle to collect the certificate and he refused to say his mechanic is not around and he don't have the forms and ask that I call him on Monday to see what is up. I am therefore request the certificate for the service I paid for or a refund, please. *** ******** ** ******** ******* **** ***** *** ******* ** *** ******** *** ******** *** ***** ****** ** *********** ******* ****** ***

            Not impressed! Came 60 miles into city last weekend they couldn't help me at the time, no problem. He said to call the next week and he'll help me out. Called at 8:30 a.m. and said I could be thereby 10 or 11. He said no problem, will take about an hour or so to make the leaf. I got there at about 10, they measured it up and he said his guy was just finishing up another small job and he'd call me when it was done. 1215 and no call so I went there and he hadn't even got started. When I asked how long he got upset and said, you're not the only customer we have and I told him that when I called early am he said he'd get on it right away after his guy was finishing his other job. I don't expect preferential treatment, but live up to your word. So I'm going to another place.
