"Went to their McPhillips Br, arrived there at 5:20M and they close at 5:30PM but they did not want to serve me anymore. I filed a complaint to their head office REMOVEDthe person who reached out to me at first is apologetic and even offer me a free oil change on my next visit there but when I decline the offer because I do not want to go to that location, started blaming me for coming on closing time and even telling me the time on my watch is wrong on their camera." ... "REMOVEDWent for a 5 Liter conventional oil change with FREE fluid tops and inspection, and was charged for various items that were supposed to be included in this service, resulting in the bill being 20% higher than it should have been."
