I’ve been having issues with my vehicle stalling. Sometimes I would put my vehicle in reverse and it stalls so I put it back in park and turn off the ignition, then start it up again and it works fine! This may happen once in a day or sometimes once every week or two! Anyways clearly there’s something going on with my car so I decided to take it to the mechanic to diagnosis! I went to Kieu Auto on Mcphillips. I went there just for a diagnosis of my vehicle and explained to them that my car was simply stalling and explained what was happening. So they diagnosed the vehicle and said there was an error code saying “intermittent neutral safety switch” and they said it needed to be replaced! I asked them if replacing the safety switch would resolve the issue at hand. They said yes it will! So I told them I would like the part replaced. I went to the shop for the actual repair. They again said they were going to diagnose the vehicle. Rob the front desk guy said “we are confirming if it is the neutral safety switch that needs to be replaced again, as they had some doubt and said it could actually just be some wiring.” The work was done and they confirmed it was the neutral safety switch that needed to be replaced! So I paid them $*** for the work and left. The very next day my car was stalling again.
