5 starsWe used Total Moving and Storage for our move on August 15, 2025 and they were amazing! When we called to book them we got an accurate quote and they have an easy to use system so they knew exactly what to move and they were quick and professional when they were loading and unloading. Best company I’ve used! Will forsure call again if we have any more moves in the future!

5 starsI have used Total Winnipeg Moving twice for having my to move my dad's belongings from a retirement home.
It was easy to book and get an accurate quote, with all my questions and concerns answered. Everyone I spoke with were kind, understanding and professional. Total Moving sent me 3 teenagers and a 21 year old. There is NO way that these teenagers were trained (and the 21 year old should have been shadowing at least 2 VERY experienced movers, for a LONG time, before ever 'supervising' an inexperienced crew on his own).
**** * ***** ****** ** *** *** ********* These children were nice enough fellows, but they had barely any life experience; let alone were they capable of moving possessions, for their clients that worked hard for their property.
****** *** *** ******** ** ******** **** **** ** **** ********* ******* **** **** ******** *** **** *** ****** ** ****** And don't bother spending the time of labelling which rooms your boxes belong in, because many won't be put in the correct room, let alone on the correct floor.
REGARDLESS of which company you choose, TAKE PHOTOS of ALL of your furniture. This way, if you have to make a CLAIM, you can prove that the damages were caused by the so called 'professionals'.
***Upon making a complaint, management and the owner were nothing short of dismissive and rude. They took zero ownership for sending their inexperienced teenaged employees and the damages they caused***
And let's not forget the $*** plus tax, that I had to pay in overtime charges, because the children had no concept of time management and efficiency.
If I ever move again, I will first vet companies that specialize in moving pianos and antique furniture. Maybe companies that can care for items such as that, can treat furniture with respect...

5 starsThis was our first experience with Total Moving, in what we hope is our final move, but if we do ever move again, Total Moving will be the first we will call. Booking and planning process with Nolan was really seamless, with their communication and promptness being top notch from the start. 5 starsThese guys were great, not your stereotypical movers. On time, clean cut and very personable. The crew had extra boxes we could use and had tools to take apart our crib which didn't fit through the door. They complimented us on our new home and made a stressful day really enjoyable. 5 starsI was moving right in the coldest part of winter and needed a professional company that did moves into and out of the city. These fine folks fit the bill. When we were discussing what the move involved (estimate of inventory, any stairs, etc) I was given a more than fair quote.
Come move day, they arrived right on time and went right to work. I left them a key to lock up as I had to drive out of town to be at the end point. They took less time than they had quoted me, even with a much deserved break.

5 starsMany thanks to the Total Moving team for the swift and efficient move of a second-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse in Nov 2023. Movers arrived on time and were friendly, very professional and worked quickly and carefully to get the job done fast and in less time than originally estimated with fee adjusted accordingly. Great communication, fast response time and overall, a great experience.
