            I had paid for a deposit for a roof repairs and for water remediation in the house to be finished. May 2023 The company came in and removed all water damaged construction but upon request of an estimate of work would not provide or was told one would come soon. I had to wait in their office and not leave, for them to actually provide me an estimate for the remediation and roof repairs. once an estimate was agreed $******* was paid because they told me they would not finish the work until a deposit was given. June 2023 The company came and completed the remediation in the house but would not set a time for roof repairs. August 25,2023 I fired the contractor and requested the remaining balance for the deposit returned. They would not return calls, emails or texts. When coming to their office no one was around and doors were locked. They have yet to return the remaining deposit that was over and above the cost of the remediation. this is November 09, 2023.
