    I asked to get a hitch installed on my vehicle. I had to go there four times, each time there was a new problem and the work wasn't completed as it should be. The mechanical work was questionable. I had to buy my own wiring harness because he couldn't get it. He had no idea what the kit included and lost a third of the parts that were included. A bolt was not installed on the hitch and I didn't get a serviceable finished product. When I asked about a refund he yelled *** ***** at me and wouldn't listen to reason. I paid $*** total to him, another $*** for the wiring and another $*** to get some one else to finish the project and I will still have to order a replacement bumper because he cut a jagged hole in my own. I went there four times to get a 20 minute job done.

I will express my view to them I tried to be very patient with him to deal with the situation the part of it is over my control I ordered the wiring ***** responded saying they are not going to send it for another 3 weeks. I told him he said he will order it online and I said then you can deal with it yourself he said ok and he came back with the wires few days later. Saying it take 10 minutes on you tube I said if that is the case I will borrow you tools you can do it outside yourself he said no I want you to do it. It took us over one hour to get it done he just don’t want to pay start complaining . I said you know yes my guy cut the cover more than he should I will order new one you will come and pay the bill after I fixed this but what he did he want home call me two days after asking for all the money back **** ****.
