Warranty on new units can be voided by manufacturer if annual servicing is not maintained. Absolutely no warranty on customer supplied materials. All material supplied by Hilltop Plumbing & Heating is property of Hilltop Plumbing & Heating until invoice is paid in full. Hilltop Plumbing & Heating has the right to come and remove said materials supplied at any given time if invoice is not paid in full.
