    I signed a contact for logo and business card design on April 15/23 with Dee Graphiques, and began to work with ******, but she stopped communicating with me, after I put a lot of time and energy into getting the *****************. She vanished and would not return calls or emails of mine, asking her about why she had stopped contact and broke her own contact. She never responded. I reached out twice via email. I will attach those. I asked to pay her out for her work and get the rights to my logo. She did not respond. I had paid half as requested, $157.50. I was not able to get her to communicate in any form with me and/or explain why she had vanished. I ran an ad with my logo in *************** Paper, and she called that paper, citing intellectual property theft and stopped my ad, after she stopped contact for such a long time. I needed my logo and the rights to it for my business purposes and was not given any way to get those from her. She abandoned her work with me. I wanted what I paid for and was more than willing to cooperate and finish the work. She however, became aloof and later made awful claims against me for intellectual property thrift in way of her personal business letterhead. She demands I pay her out $16,000 by June 2nd, or on June 3rd, she will seek legal action against me for more! ** ****** **** **** ********* ******** ****** *** ***** ******** *** ****** ****** **** * ** *** *** *** ******* ******** That isnt the case and I have the emails to prove my efforts to resolve with her and finish the work. All I want is the full and complete rights to my business logo for ***** Landscaping and I am willing to be solution-focused and pay the remaining $157.50. That is all that is due her when that contract is finished, should she choose to complete her work.
