  I have on several occasions before today have taken home other patrons who have been over served. My friend like *************************** is always telling people I drink mainly water and can drive them safely home. However, I have been doing this for the last year. It's worse on nights with live music. Which leads me to the emails attached to this. The owner claims I get too drunk and all my friends say I don't. However they have seen them over serve all the time an they wanted to remain anonymous as they are being ********** *** ** * *** ***** ***** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ******* **** *** ** ********* ** *** ****** ** **** ********* **** ***** ** ***** * **** **** ******* *****. My one friend *** is willing to talk to someone about me being barred without real reason or any previous written or verbal warning. I still to this day do not have a list of incident that I caused an issue or what those issues were in order to fix or change my behavior. I was just barred.On Friday the 24th of February 2023, at 10 pm I was ********* by a man who had been trying to convince I should have a 3 some with him and his girl back on Feb the 10 and again on the 24th with his ********** present. *** *** **** ******* ** *** *** *** ** ****** ** *** ***** But for some reason this weekend of the 24th she was mad after they were flirting with me outside when I was smoking. So I went back in all seemed fine. I went had a dance and came back.to say hi to my friends. When grant ********** left the table he called me over my wiggling his index finger. So I approached and stood where he pointed to. Then he started in at me about whatever it was I said to her after he left to go in from smoking because it ****** her off. And I put up my hands on his arm to assure him I didn't do anything on purpose and went to tell him what I said.   as of today I am only aware that I was going up and speaking to strangers in a public pub where were are supposed to be able to meet new people. They claim they have now post being barred have a compiled list I have not seen nor was I ever given any written or verbal warnings of any mis behavior before the night of feb 24, 2023.

  Dear Better Business Bureau 

  This is in response to a complaint we received from *******************************, ID ********. 

  Over the past several months, ******** has been talked to by several staff members about her behavior in our establishment. The main concerns weve had with her in the past are: 

  • ******** constantly disrupts other customers in the bar, making them uncomfortable to the point of them wanting to leave, or asking staff members to remove her from their area. She goes as far as sitting on patrons laps, putting her arms around them, etc. 
  • ******** has reached the point of intoxication in our establishment that she needs to be refused service to. 
  • ******** is extremely demanding and rude to staff members to the point that they dont want to serve her anymore. 

  These issues got to the frequency that our staff, collectively, decided that they were not comfortable serving her anymore. It affected the business negatively by having her in there and the decision was made to not allow her to come back. This decision was made to ensure that our staff and customers felt more comfortable and relaxed without her there. Since she has been gone, aside of the emails and slander she has sent us/posted online, our business has been running more smoothly. 

  Specifically to the incident she refers to about getting ********* in our establishment, we have video footage proving that what she said happened is extremely misleading.  

  She approaches the customer that she said ********* her when he was at his table with another female patron. They talked for a minute, but she was extremely close to his face while this was happening. We call this getting in someones personal space and its very frustrating. He then tries to get her away from him by gently pushing her on her shoulders, but she keeps her feet planted, and even while he pushes her back, she wont leave him alone and leans back into him. 

  After another few seconds of discussion, she still wont leave him alone, and the other female patron even tries to get her to go away, but finally the male patron has had enough and pushes her slightly harder so that shell leave him alone. Again, we have all of this on video from 2 angles.  

  This was not assault. This was ******** getting in someones personal space, and not leaving when asked. This is a perfect example of what she does with other customers on a regular basis. The difference here is that the male patron had enough with her and pushed her away just hard enough to get her out of his personal space. 

  ******** is barred from other establishments in our area. We have staff from our establishment, as well as other establishments, that are willing to attest to her behavior. 

  She has also made a complaint to the liquor board about this incident and we have been in contact with our local liquor inspector. We discussed this incident specifically and we always welcome a walk through from our liquor inspector to ensure we are following all rules and guidelines.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  I reject the complaint because 90% of the time I don't even go and sit at people's tables I sit at the bar. I also only tried to engage in conversations with people who are talking directly with me. 

  As for me sitting on somebody's lap it happened to be my boyfriend at the time or the guy I was dating at the time and he had actually pulled me onto his lap I sit on his lap intentionally but I also didn't move.

  Third the gentleman who had shoved me twice him and his girlfriend had been talking about having a ********* with me for about 3 weeks before the incident happened but now that the incidence has happened all that proves is that people who are popular with the bar get to stay.

  I am very disappointed in this establishment because nobody has spoken to me directly and as for any previous complaints no one has spoken to me about those and I am just reading about them for the first time today.

  And yes I was barred from another establishment for dating. Because my second boyfriend in that bar happened to have a wife because polyamorous males tend to have a fancy for me. However I have watched this business in particular over serve so often that my so-called drunkenness couldn't be possible considering I'm usually Sober by the time I'm leaving and driving their patrons home. On several occasions I've had several of my friends tell me that somebody needed a ride because their servers had over serve them. And as for me dancing and putting my arms around people that's the only place I do it is on the dance floor and with the people who give me permission to put my hands on their body. It is not my fault that people come up to my table and drape all over me I am a very affectionate person outgoing and kind. 

  Other than posting the inappropriate barring of me for non-violent non-aggressive non-abusive reasoning is abusive power of the establishment and management and needed to be known.

  there in several people who have told me that they are no longer going to that establishment because of the way they treated me. 

  ThereThere are there could be a petition to have me come back because everybody misses me.

  They miss me so much to the point that they are tracking me down on ******** just so that they can spend some time with me because we can no longer hang out at Whiskey Jacks and go out dancing. An a** for whiskey ***** running smoothly I heard that the liquor board and the police have found that there have been ****************************************************** the last several weeks so if things are running smoothly it must be because you're over serving and people are just not paying attention to how bad the services. 

  And yes my relationship with the manager **** was very short-lived but I tried very hard for my entire year there to not bring my boyfriends in the bar so he wouldn't get jealous. And I hadn't had a single complaint or anybody come up and talk to me or say anything to me as long as I was with my boyfriend ****. But once I was single at Christmas time and started dating in the bar again and letting people buy me drinks and food and kiss me and ***** did put me on his lap. That was the day we started dating

   I actually left that relationship because of how much toxicity was coming from whiskey ****'s Bar and him and his friends were feeling like they are being pushed out of the bar if they continue to be my friends

  Anyways the only thing that can happen now is a civil suit I suppose so I guess I will civilly *** for being discriminated against for being a friendly female and being barred for non-violent is***s when I have watched people get into fist fights and be allowed back in.

  As it looks like this isn't going to get resolved via BBB emailing back and forth, I will once again state that our customers and staff alike do not feel comfortable having ******* in the establishment. She causes problems and irritates customers, whether she is aware of it or not. It seems ******* has **** own perception of how things are in ***************'s, but I assure you that the overall feeling of her being in our facility is not a comfortable one. 

  We do not apologize for our actions in barring *******, and we will not lift said restriction. If she feels she is being discriminated against, that's her problem. We don't allow people in our facility that make the other customers and staff feel uncomfortable. 

  I'm sorry she doesn't agree with our side. If she decides to take legal action, we are prepared to hold our ground. We have other businesses, our staff, and other members of the community that are prepared to back our side of the story.
