5 starsThe moss, the weeds and dirt from driveway patio deck and rails power washed away. Paul and two others spent six hours transforming the grounds back to looking like new. They came out to Sooke, and they are registered with BBB; two criteria I look for in a business. 5 stars for the fantastic, courteous, prompt service, from beginning to end. And an extra star for not saying no to Sooke and providing an itemized estimate. I could see every part of the job cost and the travel fee. 5 starsI would highly recommend Coastal Shores Window Cleaning; they are so much more than windows. Power-washed moss-covered aggregate driveway, concrete walkway Trek decking and black aluminum railing and finally the front courtyard pavers. Paul and two crew members completed everything in six hours. The additional cost to drive out to Sooke was worth every penny. I could not have done this on my own. Thank you to the team. No regrets. 5 starsTwo people from Coastal Shores Window Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning my windows, inside and outside, today. They were on time and very efficient. They recleaned windows when I suggested that a window was not quite clean. They were very thorough and respectful. 5 starsPunctual, professional, & polite through and through! Paul, the owner and estimator, was super helpful. Nick and Will worked extra hard at both my home (windows, gutters, & downspouts) and my mom's (windows, gutters, downspouts, & moss removal). Despite the very stubborn moss on my mom's back patio, sidewalk, and driveway, Nick persevered and now her place looks fantastic! I will be calling them again when it's time.
