    I purchased a premium plus membership. This allows you to have more training by their Ambassadors who conduct weekly live training. That would have been fine, except I had various technical issues that weren't solved. Upon joining the founder Kyle greets you and says he's always there for help. He never answered emails, nor private messages. His training in the behind the back office of wordpress, doesn't match up with the current word press. So, I had to reach out to members. Their answers led me to old outdated information. The important things needed to catch visitors was unable to be obtained. I left after one month due to the continual frustration of the training not lining up with my program and the old training from years ago. This type of work takes work and I was prepared to do so, but they didn't give me the correct tools to do so. They have technical support, but that is another negative story.
