  The workmanship was excellent, when they showed up. The communication from the Canby, Oregon office was lacking. Overall, when all was done, I am fairly satisfied with the company. I guess in today's world if they do not damage something they pass.

  Arno made a cold call at our home offering to clean our gutters. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. His price for cleaning gutters, soffits and exterior windows was competitive. The company is covered by WorkSafe BC and have full insurance coverage.
  They arrived on time to do the job and stayed until the work had been inspected. The house needed a lot of elbow grease! When completed it looked fantastic. The employees took great care.
  I was very impressed with the companies work ethic, honesty, efficiency and professionalism. I have already booked their services for next year, and recommend them with confidence.

  They showed up on a cold call weekend by Mr. Arno. He did a walk around then offered to clean my gutters with a reasonnle price that I couldn't refuse on my 2 storey home. The price was based on his estimate which was price effective to me so promptly excepted to be done the following day. They even showed up on time.
  As they were registered with BBB that even assured my trust & confidence level.
  Bottom line they were awarded the job and I say a job well done. Thank you.

  Our roof has been expertly cleaned by Boss Exteriors. Having worked with Arnaud for quite a few years, I can honestly say that his excellent communication skills, his work integrity and attention to detail make it a pleasure to work with this company.
  We have a cedar roof which requires individual shake brushing by hand. As this is a work-intensive job, I can only express my appreciation to Ryan for his diligence and work ethic.
  Our house also has a solarium which catches all the resin that falls from the surrounding fir trees. The glass roof is a nightmare to keep clean. However, Arnaud’s expertise guaranteed a pristinely clean roof. Thank you Boss Exteriors for a well-done job.

  Arno was very professional and accommodating in quoting a price for my large steep roof that needed to be cleaned and demossed. I’m extremely happy with the planning and hard work they did. They have a great team of workers. The first day Ryan worked alone on most of the front side of roof as the rest of the crew was working on other jobs elsewhere. But they kept in communication all day. The second day more crew showed up and worked hard to finish. Overall they went above and beyond my expectations. They even cut some branches off a tree that was in their way and cleaned a few extra windows that we didn’t plan on. The cleaning afterwards was exceptional. I will use and recommend them again.

  Mark was awesome at communicating with me through the entire process. The team cleaned my roof and exterior windows and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend using Boss Exterior and would use them again in the future.

  We had our large roof demossed and are quite happy. They worked hard to gain our business, and then worked equally hard to complete the job.
  The workers were polite and although there was moss EVERYWHERE, and we have multiple levels of balconies, there wasn't a trace left. My main deck is cleaner than it was when they started.
  Good communication and an easy process. Would recommend.

  The entire crew at Boss Exteriors were professional, efficient and hard working. I am very pleased with the work that they did in our yard. They were knowledgable on the best way to do each job. I have no trouble recommending them to others and intend to use them again next year myself. Thank you.

  Mark and Matt have been amazing!
  Mark starts off with giving us a detailed professional quote. It was broken down making it clear to what we were buying. Once agreed Matt and his crews showed up like a Nascar race team dropping off all their equipment. I was impressed with their safety first of all! Harnesses and ropes to be safe on the roof and protect our liability.
  4 people worked for hours on our 3 story home that hadn't been cleaned in 5 years! It's like new now!!
