    12:49pm I called Rather Be Plumbing for assistance with a leak. Spoke to Jared, was advised that he would arrive within 45 minutes.
    1:49pm Jared had not arrived; I called to follow up and Jared said he is actually up Island and that **** will come instead
    2:56pm **** had not arrived and I found a solution to the leak. I called Jared to cancel and he said OK. Call ended.
    2:59pm Call from a blocked number; Jared said he is going to bill me for 1 hour as I have a verbal contact with him and **** is 'just around the corner'. I declined to pay for one hour; Jared said I have a verbal contact with him and that he will send me to collections.
    3:20pm Unmarked vehicle pulled into my driveway, male passenger rang doorbell and wanted to know what the issue is. I advised that I cancelled the appointment; male *********** ***** stated that it 'took him an hour and a half to prepare materials' for my job. ******* * ******** ******** *** **** ******* * **** *** **** I emailed Rather Be Plumbing to advise that I am disputing this invoice as I cancelled the appointment. Reply email received from Jared hughes {sic} does not address my issue; states "We will proceed with CRT for settlement."

    Their cancellation policy was not communicated to me when I made the appointment nor when I cancelled it, and is not outlined anywhere on their website as of this date.

    This client called us during Overtime hours ( weekends and after 4;30p, ) Technician had already arrived on site when she Cancelled the appointment , we charged her minimum call out one hour of over time, in addition, we are currently seeking collection of this bill with the CRT she was notified on Jan 3rd 2023 we have been attempting to collect from her. We are seeking collection from her, and in no way are we going to reach an agreement via BBB unless it includes her paying her bill in full ...... in fact now her invoice is more as she is being charged interest.
