I had Hendra Moving & Storage move me. It was a short distance move in two stages with storage* *** *** ***** **** * **** **** ***. My vacuum was gone and I could not get anyone to answer me for over a month. By that time I had to buy another one. A lot of my furniture was damaged. The top of a 100-year-old heirloom desk, broken. Bar stools were shredding on the floor. End tables were badly scratched. ** ******* *** I witnessed 2 boxes marked fragile "China" being placed at the bottom of a stack of heavy boxes which we moved. The result, three of my mother's irreplaceable China, broken. Their response was "Not their fault as they didn't pack it." * **** ****** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** **** **** ** ********* *** ***** ********* ***** ****** I had insurance that they didn't tell me when I bought it that Hendra underwrote it. * *** ********* ** **** *** *** ** ********* ******** Then I was told that I only paid $1,250.00 for the insurance and that the owner did not want to pay out any money. They paid me $300.00 for a 1.5 year old vacuum (**** *******) **** *** **** **** * ***** ** * *** ** ******** *** ******* The lady who I was finally dealing with started out nice and then got more or less nasty ********** **** * *** * **** about the vacuum. If that is how they treat customers I don't want to be theirs.
