    Dusty took great care to bring our rugs back to life. His attention to detail was second to none, as was his customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

    I used the do-it-yourself carpet cleaner. It was very easy to use, light weight and did an excellent job. My stairs look like new!!!
    Dusty explained the process thoroughly and was fun to talk to and very courteous. Excellent service and product.
    Would highly recommend Luv-A-Rug!!!

    My living room rug has been resurrected thanks to LUV-A-Rug. I really thought the dried up red wine stain would be there forever but the rug came back looking brand new. The best advice is not to try random cures for rug stains. If it is a valuable rug get Dusty to fix it up.

    Thanks to Dusty I have my favourite rug back and it’s good as new. My puppy had done a lot of damage and it was toxic when I dropped it off. I thought it was beyond hope but Dusty performed a miracle! Thanks so much!

    I was so very impressed by the service I received at Luv-a-Rug! I couldn't believe that they not only cleaned but also mended my classroom carpet. They told me that this is a service they offer to primary teachers in Victoria to support public education. Amazing! I definitely recommend their services to anyone!

    After watching Dusty's very informative video online I rented the DIY system to clean area rugs in two bedrooms. One rug had a few small stains which came out instantly with very little scrubbing with the small brush that comes with the machine. The rug cleaner spreader was easy to use and the process was quite quick. It is great that there is no water involved in the process so after an hour, the rugs were ready to vacuum. It was very easy to clean both sides of the rugs. After vacuuming the rugs looked bright and beautiful. These rugs had been in use for decades and it was a rejuvenation for both of them!
    I really appreciate the care that Dusty takes to make sure you understand how to best use the equipment so you have the best possible results. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

    Hard to believe that the jewel tones in our carpets have been restored after being cleaned by
    experts, what a pleasure to see them new again.
    Do we repair, or discard? Dusty took us through the options and helped us come up with a practical and economic solution, ending with no fringe but a neatly trimmed edge.
    We are very pleased with the customer service and delighted with the results, many more than 5 stars to Luv-A -Rug, Dusty and Staff.

    I see that other happy customers have left five-star reviews for Luv-A-Rug. I agree, with the exception that I would prefer to give this company 15 stars. Dusty and his sons make this a company with a star-studded and past and a great and prosperous future as well. This is a company which takes incredible pride in its work and seems to be fascinated by rugs in every way. Dusty amazed us by telling us the exact age and origins of our rugs just by looking at the bottom sides of the rugs. He was even able to tell us which area in each country the rugs had been made and by what method. Great work team too. A couple of quadrupeds had messed up some of our light beige broadloom, including on our stairs. This was in a house built in 1913, in which we have lived for 23 years. The broadloom and rugs look like new. Too say that we recommend Lov-A-Rug would be an understatement. In fact we love Luv-a-Rug and tell our friends just that. Dusty, here are a few more stars to confirm that happy sentiment!
