            We just completed a major vermiculate removal project with Elemental Asbestos. This was a large, old (1912) heritage house with a very large and deep attic, poor access and a lot of crawl-height spaces. Elemental Asbestos did an amazing job cleaning this out to the last morsel of vermiculite. Site was left spiffy clean, with no damages despite a complicated containment area that had to be set up 3 floors across. Professional and always friendly and polite team. Respectful to neighbors, no smoking on the property etc. Jason was always super responsive to any request. I think the volume of the works exceeded our initial assessment quite a bit - however Jason got the job done as agreed, not trying to re-negotiate the contract which we appreciated tremendously. Would highly recommend working with them.
