"applewood technician REMOVEDcame to my home to fix air conditioner instead he went on a tour video filming inside my whole house and my family without our consent, and i told him to stop, he ignored and continued and left without doing any work, and another tech from applewood on different day took picture of my family without any reason, we used this company for a while and we got a quote of their work from other companies and it was way cheaper, so their technicians do only trouble, having sick fun, give unreasonably high estimates and do poor work, i phoned their manager on the same day who listened to me and said i can assure you my guys would never do anything like that without even talking to REMOVEDabout his behavior and i replied you can assure me as much as you want but i told you what really happened today." ...
