5 stars**** attended our home to measure the windows, confirm what we had discussed with a sales associate a few days prior and discuss any concerns we had. He was extremely professional, personable and helpful. (He fixed an item in our home (for free) that was not related to window installation. Definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen.Renewal by Andersen of BC

1 starThe door to door advertising flyer left at my mums house was very creepy. Implying you have inspected someones windows and doors without their permission? Gross and misleading, especially for more vulnerable populations like seniors, who may have lower eyesight and not be able to recognize that it is an ad, and are already at more risk of being taken advantage of.Renewal by Andersen of BC

1 starI have no doubt their products are top of the line. That being said, nobody needs top of the line windows and doors. They are 3 to 4 times the price of their competition. If they would only market to the rich, I would be okay with that. But they don't. They show up in average neighbourhoods and convince people to buy something they don't really need at a price they can't actually afford. They know what they're doing. Shame on them. Do NOT call them if you don't have a Porsche and a Landrover in your driveway.Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 starsMy wife and I inquired from their booth at a local Home Show in *****************. A few days later, we were visited by *** answering all our questions and showing us the very high quality of the materials. **** also ensured that we understand the entire process including projected timetable. They really dedicated their time explaining everything to us focusing on our needs. We didn't feel rushed or forced, but rather well informed, excited, and no feeling of pressure.
