    As with other reviews, we have been with CWH since 2013 and the service was great. In the past year the service has been going downhill. Issues are business impacting to the point where my clients are now wanting to move away from CWH. Anyone who I've recommended have now moved off. Issues I have repeatedly pointed out they say are fixed, but nothing has been resolved.

    I have used CWH for many years, but their service level has dropped to the point we are looking to move to another provider after many years. Calling during regular business hours has put me to voicemail with a call back being 3 days later! Their tier 2 overseas techs give misinformation and don't read tickets, they reply with none relevant information or incorrect advice. After 12 days of email issues and bad support, we are on the search for a replacement company that hires Canadians and has Canadian-based tier 2 support.Such a shame this company went downhill so badly. I do not recommend their services any longer.

    Their hosting is not reliable. You might get an outage at any time. It takes almost a week to solve the issue with customer service. I have been using Canadian Web Hosting for a while, but now disappointed.
