    I have had my website through www.shoppingcartsplus.com for over twenty years. On Wednesday, I had a security breach for my company. I changed the password, but for some reason, am unable to locate where I wrote it down. I contacted the company on August 7, August 8, August 9, August 11, and August 12th asking for a simple temporary password to reset my account. I have filled out the Forgot Password link on several occasions. Oddly, it goes to a blank page after submission, so I don't even know if it was received. I found an old e-mail from their *********************** ******************************* from 2009 when this last happened, and e-mailed that address. I know it was received, because it didn't bounce. Their website states that questions are answered within 24 hours, which is an obvious lie.I just want a new temporary password. This really is not complex. Especially for a web host.
