    February 15 2023 I sold some items and left a phone to be checked to see if the business would like to buy it. After doing research I was way underpaid for my items, I know I cant do anything about that. But I decided I did not want to do further business so I contacted the business to let them know I wanted to pick up my phone. They said it was part of the contract with the other items and it was not. The phone was left to be checked, that was it. This guy is a ********He has over $1000 in electronics of mine. Why would I decide to let them go for $30? The rest I dont care about as much but there is no way I would lump the phone in with that, this guy is just horrible.

    Business Response

    Date: 22/02/2023

    ******************* came into our store on Wednesday February 15th, 2023 at 1:00pm to sell us some computer equipment. She brought us an ******, an ***** keyboard a mouse, a small monitor stand and usb monitor. The ****** does not work and is not repairable and the monitor frame has been exposed to candle flame and is partially melted.  The keyboard and mouse appear to work well.

    We offered ****** $20 for everything. She countered with $30. I accepted her counter and e-transferred her the funds, which she accepted and deposited into her account.

    The next morning, I received an email from ****** stating that she had regrets about the transaction and wanted her phone back. I replied that the terms of the purchase were for all the goods and that the time to renegotiate the transaction had passed. ******, my staff, will corroborate this story. I then received a second email stating that I was a horrible person and a scammer.

    In response to her last email, I suggested we cancel the transaction entirely, that she refund our $30 and I would gladly return all of her items immediately. She did not respond. I then sent another email the following day, to advise her that she had until the end business Friday February 17th, 2023, to return our money and pick up her items. She replied with the following email

    "****,

    * ** ********* *** ***** **** *** ************ ********** ***** ******** **** ** *** **** *** ******** ******* ** ****** *** *** ***** ****** *****  ***** ******* ************* ******* * ******* **** ******* **** *** **** ***** *** *******  *** *** **** ** ****** **** *** * **** ********* **** ** **** ******* **** ******** ** *** **** * *** **** *** ** **** ** *********  * **** **** ** **** **** *** **** ****** *** ** *** * ****** **** ******* *** ** ***** ** ******** ** **** ******* **** * **** *** ** ***** ******** **** *** **** ******  *******

    As of today, we have not received any further correspondence from ******, nor have we received our money back,  and therefore assume that she has decided to keep the funds and move on. We are fine with this arrangement and regret that the challenges that this has caused *************
