"They created an absolutely untrusted environment from the point of sales all the way to service and every word coming out of their mouth, including all ignoring and disrespecting the client both in timing and the way they handle the situation; their service department needs supervision by professional to ensure of their truthfulness in the scope of the work both ethically and professionally. Their preowned car mostly comes with defects and technical/mechanical issues; they don't tell you about them; once you buy, every time you go for service,e they maintain that issue to the point you run out of warranty; they don't want to get into the big cost of repair while you under warrant, by marinating the issue lets say in 2-3 years of the period of your warranty the problems that needed to be fixed in the first place as this is a certified car as it is advertised gets much worst cuz its been only REMOVEDrather than fixing, once passing the end of your warranty they will show up with big bills saying you have no warranty and the list of the stuff below needs to be fully repaired." ...
