I went to Adrenaline tattoo shop for consultation on Granville street in May 2021. My appointment was set for end of June. The day before my scheduled appointment, it was canceled because the Tattoo artist Tony had pain to his neck. My appointment was rescheduled for a month later in July. Again, the day before my scheduled appointment they canceled again. The tattoo artist was having same problem to his neck. The receptionist proceeded to say he can’t get his tattoo either due to the same problem. Not too sure if he was trying to justify cancelling at the last minute again. I was very upset, I planned 2 weekends and both was canceled the day before. * **** * ***** **** ********* I don’t have that kind of time to waste. Why wait at the last minute if the tattoo artist’s problem is ongoing for 2 months. I could have looked with someone else. ******* **** * ***** ********* *** **** ********* ** ******* I cannot rescheduled at this point. They refused to give my full deposit. I don’t it’s my fault they canceled twice. Why should I pay 50% for no service whatsoever. Why should I pay 50% for nothing but inconvenience. I want a full refund. Thank you
